1. Acceptance and eligibility
These Terms of Service govern your access to TELEKOS.ID, including its website, dashboard, virtual-number services, developer API, and related features. By creating an account, placing an order, funding a balance, or using the API, you agree to these Terms.
You must be legally capable of entering into this agreement. If you use TELEKOS.ID for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that organization. A person who cannot legally enter this agreement may use the service only with valid authorization from a parent, guardian, or other lawful representative.
2. The service
TELEKOS.ID provides access to temporary virtual numbers that may receive SMS verification messages from supported third-party applications. Numbers are supplied through external telecommunications providers and may be recycled after an order ends.
A virtual number is not a permanent mobile line, personal mailbox, emergency service, or replacement for a telephone subscription. TELEKOS.ID is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for the third-party applications shown in the catalog.
3. Accounts and security
- Provide accurate registration information and keep it current.
- Protect your password, session, API key, webhook secret, and any device used to access the service.
- Do not share or resell account access, and notify us through the official support channel if you suspect unauthorized use.
- You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.
4. Acceptable use
You may use TELEKOS.ID only for lawful account verification that you are authorized to perform. You must not use the service to:
- commit fraud, impersonation, account takeover, harassment, spam, phishing, or any unlawful activity;
- access another person’s account or communications without permission;
- evade sanctions, platform bans, security controls, legal restrictions, or identity requirements;
- create or operate deceptive, automated, or abusive account networks;
- probe, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, scrape, or bypass limits of TELEKOS.ID or its providers;
- resell numbers, OTP messages, API access, or account credentials without written authorization.
5. Prices, deposits, and balance
Prices, stock, provider fees, and payment fees are shown in the applicable flow before confirmation and may change as supplier availability changes. Your account balance is a prepaid service balance, not a bank account, stored-value payment product, or interest-bearing asset.
A deposit is credited after the payment provider confirms it. You are responsible for entering the correct amount and completing payment before the displayed deadline. We may review, delay, reject, or reverse a deposit when required to address duplicates, fraud, payment-provider errors, or legal obligations.
6. Orders, OTP delivery, and refunds
An order is accepted only after the dashboard or API confirms it. Stock and prices can change between browsing and purchase, so TELEKOS.ID may refresh an offer before completing an order.
OTP delivery is not guaranteed because delivery depends on mobile networks, number supply, and the third-party application. If an eligible order is cancelled within the available cancellation window or cannot be fulfilled, the applicable amount is returned to your TELEKOS.ID balance. Completed orders and orders that have received an OTP are generally final, subject to mandatory consumer rights.
7. API and webhooks
- Keep API keys and webhook signing secrets confidential. Raw API keys are displayed only when generated.
- Use a unique idempotency key for each purchase request and verify webhook signatures before processing events.
- Respect published rate limits and do not create parallel requests intended to bypass purchase, cancellation, or balance controls.
- We may rotate, revoke, throttle, or suspend credentials that are exposed, abusive, inactive, or used contrary to these Terms.
8. Third-party services
Payment gateways, number suppliers, mobile networks, cloud providers, Google sign-in, and supported applications operate under their own terms and policies. Their outages, account decisions, delivery rules, or product changes may affect TELEKOS.ID. You remain responsible for complying with the terms of any third-party application you choose to verify.
9. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available, but uninterrupted access, permanent stock, a specific country, a specific price, or successful OTP delivery is not promised. We may maintain, modify, add, or remove features when reasonably necessary for security, compliance, provider changes, or service quality.
10. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend access when we reasonably believe an account presents a security, fraud, legal, payment, or abuse risk. Where appropriate, we may request verification or provide an opportunity to resolve the issue. You may stop using the service at any time, but obligations arising before termination remain in effect.
11. Intellectual property
The TELEKOS.ID name, interface, software, documentation, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant only a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the service as intended; they do not transfer ownership of TELEKOS.ID or third-party marks.
12. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TELEKOS.ID is not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits, lost opportunities, third-party account actions, or failures outside its reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Changes, governing law, and contact
We may update these Terms to reflect legal, security, provider, or product changes. The updated date will appear at the top of this page, and material changes may also be announced through the service.
These Terms and any dispute are subject to applicable law, including mandatory protections available under Indonesian consumer and data-protection law where they apply. The parties will first try to resolve disputes in good faith through an official support method published within TELEKOS.ID before using any forum available under applicable law.
